AI training and evaluation terms

These terms apply when you book or pay for PRC ONSITE AI training (Levels 1–3), 1:1 AI coaching, or a network evaluation. By completing checkout you agree to them. Questions? Call (281) 371-3343 or email help@prconsite.com.

Pricing

Training is priced per session. Each session price includes a set number of learners, and each additional learner is charged at the per-learner rate shown on the AI training page, up to the maximum group size. Larger groups are split into additional sessions. 1:1 coaching is billed per hour.

Intro call discount

Businesses that complete a free AI intro call receive a one-time discount code: 30% off their first training purchase (Level 1, 2 or 3) or 25% off 1:1 coaching. Codes are issued to one company, can be used once, cannot be combined with other offers, and expire 14 days after the call. Purchases made without a code are charged the regular price.

Scheduling

After payment you will be taken to our calendar to choose a session date. On-site sessions are delivered at your location within our Houston-area service region; travel outside that region may be quoted separately. Learners need a laptop and access to the AI tool your company uses.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours before the session. Reschedules with less than 72 hours' notice may carry a fee of up to 25% of the session price, unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel 7 or more days before the session for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 72 hours before the session receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session within 6 months. Cancellations within 72 hours, or no-shows, are not refunded, but we will offer one credit toward a future session. If we have to cancel, you receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.

Free network evaluation

The first hour of a network evaluation is free, with no obligation. If you ask us to continue beyond the first hour, additional time is billed at $150 per hour, in 30-minute increments. We will always confirm with you before any billable time begins.

Results

Training teaches skills and methods. The time saved and business results depend on how your team applies them, so we do not guarantee specific productivity or financial results.
