AI Training Course Catalog
Our goal is simple: every employee at your company gets one or two AI employees working for them, writing, researching and organizing, so they do their job better and faster.
30% OFFyour first training when you book a free intro call
Every employee, two AI employees.
Think of AI as staff you can hand work to. After Level 1, each person on your team has a helper that writes and one that researches or organizes, set up for their own job. Here's what that looks like:
- Front deskReply writerScheduling assistant
- SalesProposal writerProspect researcher
- AccountingSpreadsheet analystReport drafter
- OperationsProcedure writerQuote comparer
- MarketingContent writerCampaign idea partner
- Owners & managersChief of staffPolicy & HR drafter
AI doesn't replace your team. It grows it.
- 1
AI employees work 24/7
They answer leads, follow up, send quotes and collect payments, even at night and on weekends.
- 2
More paid orders come in
Customers who would have waited until Monday buy now. Demand grows faster than your team can deliver.
- 3
You hire more people
With new revenue already paid, you can afford to grow the team that fulfills the work.
This is what we hear from business owners after they put AI employees to work: AI didn't replace their staff. It brought in so much new, already-paid business that they had to hire. Level 3 teaches exactly these automations.

What is your team's time worth?
Every hour an AI employee takes off someone's plate is an hour back for customers and sales. Move the sliders to see it for your business.
Your own estimate: employees × pay × hours saved × 48 working weeks. We start you at a conservative 2 hours a week; your results depend on how your team uses it.

50 min- What AI assistants are (and aren't): fast, helpful, sometimes wrong, and you're the manager

The CRAFT prompt: 5 pieces of information, every time
Beginners don't need tricks. They need a short checklist. Fill in these five things and AI gives a useful answer the first time.
- CContext
What's the situation? Who is it for?
- RRole
Who should the AI act as?
- AAction
What exactly should it do? Start with a verb.
- FFormat
What shape and length should the answer be?
- TTone
How should it sound?
“Write a message to a patient who missed an appointment.”
Result: a generic, too-long message in the wrong voice that has to be rewritten.
We're a 20-person dental office. A patient has missed two appointments this month. Act as our friendly front-desk coordinator. Write a text message asking them to reschedule. Under 300 characters, with one clear next step. Warm and professional. No guilt or pressure.
Result: a short, friendly text that's ready to send.

Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work?
Each session has a set price that includes a number of learners (6 for Level 1, 10 for Level 2, 7 leaders for Level 3). For a bigger group, pay for the session, then use the "Add extra learners" link to add the rest per person, up to the session's maximum. Larger teams are split into more sessions.
How do I get 30% off?
Book the free 30-minute intro call. At the end of the call you get a personal code for 30% off your first training (25% off 1:1 coaching), valid for 14 days. You enter it at checkout.
Do we need to buy AI software first?
No. Level 1 works with the free versions or with the AI your company already has, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Google Gemini. If business licenses make sense for you, we'll recommend the right ones.
Where does the training happen?
At your office in the Houston area, or live online. In-person groups get hands-on help at every laptop; virtual sessions are live, never pre-recorded.
How many people can attend?
Up to 25 learners per session, so everyone gets hands-on time. Larger teams are split into several sessions.
Can we start at Level 2?
Yes, if your team already uses AI every day. We'll run a short skills check first so nobody is lost or bored.
Is our company's information safe?
Safe use is part of every level. We teach what never goes into a prompt, set up business-grade privacy settings, and in Level 3 write your AI use policy with you.
What does each employee need?
A laptop and a login to the AI tool your company uses. We'll send a short checklist a week before the session.
