How much does AI training cost for a small business?
Level 1 is $500 per session for up to 6 learners, plus $79 for each additional learner. Book the free intro call first and you get 30% off your first training.
How long is the training?
Level 1 is two hours: two 50-minute hands-on sessions with a 10-minute break and a short wrap-up. Level 2 is four hours, and Level 3 is a full day.
Do we need to buy AI software first?
No. Level 1 works with the free versions or with the AI tools you already have, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Google Gemini. We'll recommend business licenses only if they make sense for you.
Will AI replace my employees?
In our experience it does the opposite. AI takes repetitive work off their plate, and the businesses that put it to work often grow fast enough to hire more people.
Is the training in person or online?
Both. We come to your office in the Houston area, or run the same session live online. Every session is live and hands-on, never pre-recorded.
